I have final stage kidney failure. I have had seven operations and spent long periods of time in hospital.
Every time being discharged in a weaker state and finding myself incapable of living a normal life.
I then started going to exercise sessions with Petro. She combined her skills to provide me with the manual therapy I need to ease pain and worked out and supervised an individualised exercise program for my specific disabilities.
This has been very instrumental in helping me resume an active and independent life once more. For this I am and will be eternally grateful.

Through BodyTalk, I was able to confront situations that have been floating in my subconscious. BodyTalk awakened me to the significance of these issues, and the impact they have on my life without me necessarily knowing it. By allowing the BodyTalk system to bring these feelings, events and previously unacknowledged anxieties into my consciousness, I could release them from my body and mind.

In August 2000 I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis and at the stage of diagnosis I had already lost over 30% of my bone density.
Osteoporosis is a progressive bone disease that is characterised by a decrease in bone mass and density which can lead to an increased risk of fracture.

My life changed dramatically when I was hospitalised in October 2013. The doctors thought it was my left kidney but as they ran tests they couldn’t find anything. It started with a sharp pain in my left side and it worked its way down towards both my legs. I couldn’t walk and struggled to do any kind of exercise.
